Important information for clients for spiritual life counseling
I am neither a doctor nor a physiotherapist, nor do I claim to have the
relevant qualifications.
As a matter of principle, I do not make diagnoses, prescribe medication or prescribe therapies.
On my homepage I offer general information and advice on supportive self-help and wellness (astrology, spiritual house cleansing, energy work).
A healing session, spiritual life coaching, energy work and other methods of application in my spiritual practice cannot replace a visit to a doctor
or psychotherapist.
My work cannot replace existing prescriptions or ongoing treatments from doctors or psychologists.
Likewise, learning these techniques in seminars cannot replace a visit to a doctor or psychotherapist.
Age of majority
A client or seminar participant must be of legal age. In the case of underage clients, a parent or legal guardian must be present or at least have given their written consent.
Personal and independent
Counseling or spiritual sessions are never conducted through a third party, but must always take place in person.
A session in my spiritual practice (at our place, or by telephone, Teams or WhatsApp) is always voluntary and at your own risk.
Participation in seminars is also always voluntary and on your own responsibility.
Active cooperation on the part of the client or student is very important
for success.
Every client or seminar participant has free will. Nobody is forced to do anything. Everyone may, no one must!
Every client or seminar participant has the right and the duty to act on their own responsibility. If problems arise, limits are reached or something is unpleasant, this can and must be said.
In order to be able to work for a person, I need their direct consent. Exceptions may arise if the client is unable to give their consent themselves. Then I need the consent of an authorized representative.
No obligation to counsel or teach
I am not obliged to begin or continue spiritual work under any circumstances. Furthermore, I reserve the right to refuse clients or students without
giving reasons.
I also reserve the right to discontinue a spiritual work under
special circumstances.
A reason for this could be, for example, that a recommended accompanying treatment by a doctor or psychologist is not carried out.
Appointments / cancellation fee
I work only by appointment.
Appointments for consultations / energy work / spiritual sessions outside normal business hours are only arranged in a few exceptions or in emergencies.
An appointment made by telephone or e-mail is binding for the client / student and he is obliged to cancel it himself at least one day in advance if he is unable to attend.
If an appointment made with a client is not kept without cancellation, I will charge a cancellation fee of 80 €.
Contact by email, Skype, Instagram, LinkedIn or facebook
No online medium is 100% secure. If you contact me via WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram and if information is exchanged via these channels, the respective security and data protection guidelines of the operator apply. Even when sending information by e-mail, I cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Duration of a session and follow-up sessions
Since spiritual work / spiritual counseling is extremely individual in nature, the duration of a session cannot be predicted with certainty. Furthermore, as spiritual and/or mental processes are usually stimulated, please allow a few hours after the session for your personal follow-up.
However, experience has shown that a session usually lasts between 1 and 2 hours. However, longer sessions are also possible.
The direct follow-up of a session, e.g. for questions in the days immediately afterwards, is included and does not cost extra, as long as it is within a reasonable time frame. (Please understand that I cannot guarantee that I will be available at all times).
However, if the follow-up takes more time, a further session is usually required
Follow-up sessions may also be necessary. Complex issues can rarely be dealt with in a single session.
Procedure of a spiritual session / consultation (practice, telephone, Teams or WhatsApp)
The client comes to my practice at the previously agreed time for a spiritual counseling session or I call him at this time or we talk via WhatsApp or Teams. The client should take enough time for the session and also for independent follow-up.
The first step is a preliminary discussion in which the exact topic of the session
is discussed.
Then I take a meditative journey into the spirit world to discuss the situation from an otherworldly perspective. Sometimes I also consult tarot cards or astrology.
I discuss the information gathered with the client and clarify the further course of the session.
This is then individually tailored to the topic. The areas of spiritual work are complex: energy work, meditations, healing treatments, hypnosis,
ritual work, etc.
Once the main spiritual work has been completed, there is a detailed debriefing and explanation of what has been done.
The session is then finished.
When working by telephone, it is very helpful to have a recent photo of the client. The presence of the client is also required the entire time via telephone
or Skype.
After the session, it is recommended that you allow yourself to rest and relax and do things that are good for you.
Effects and possible side effects
Spiritual work / counseling can have an effect on the energetic, magical, spiritual, subtle level.
On the mundane level, nothing can be seen except the active actions of the spiritual practitioner.
Nevertheless, this work can lead to possible side effects.
Occasionally, a so-called initial aggravation occurs, as is also known
from homeopathy.
Memories of past events may come up. Sometimes clients also feel the effects of the spiritual work on a physical level. Strong emotions can occur. The possible side effects have not been researched and there are no statistics on them. They can be as individual and unique as the issues clients come to me with, and as individual and unique as people are as personalities.
If side effects occur, it is important to report them. I do not leave anyone alone with this. This is part of the immediate follow-up to a session. (See also under “Duration of a session”).
Mental / psychiatric illnesses or serious physical illnesses
In any case, a client should inform me before the spiritual counseling session if he/she has mental/psychiatric illnesses or serious physical illnesses. Any medication they are taking should also be disclosed. I may also ask about this. It is important to answer these questions honestly. Taking medication, especially psychotropic drugs, can have an effect on shamanic work. That is why it is very important for me to receive such information.
Data protection / confidentiality
I also have a duty of confidentiality. Even if this is not prescribed by law.
I treat all information that I receive from a client during a personal session or from a seminar participant or student as strictly confidential!
I assure you that this information will not be passed on to third parties. Unless I have the express permission of the client.
In the context of seminars, all participants also undertake to treat personal information about other seminar participants with absolute confidentiality.
Even if most people expect a certain magic and a bit of mysticism when visiting a spiritual counselor, in everyday life we are a commercial enterprise with the associated obligations such as taxes, insurance, etc.
Holistic healing
Holistic healing is a term that you hear or read again and again in various places.
For me, holistic healing means that the healing process is based on
several pillars.
Of course, it is not necessary to cover all areas completely for every illness. But in any case, it makes sense to consider which pillar should carry which weight.
Conventional medicine
Many naturopaths and spiritual healers are more or less vehemently opposed to conventional medicine. But for me, it is also clearly part of the equation. In many situations, conventional medicine is simply the quickest and most effective way to help. My favorite example is a heart valve defect. Once the heart valve is broken, I don't know of any energetic healer who would be able to heal it. Or cancer. I see nothing wrong with having a tumor operated on to prevent it from growing and spreading.
Naturopathy
There are many wonderful healing methods in the field of naturopathy.
Herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture and many more. I can't even list them all. Unfortunately, it is sometimes not easy to find the right one, but it is definitely worthwhile. Many naturopathic treatments are not really well recognized, but they do help very well.
Energetic / magical / spiritual counseling
Illness always has a cause on the energetic / spiritual level. These can be influences from previous lives (karma dissolution), things inherited through the ancestral line, disturbances in the energy field and many more causes. I certainly cannot list everything here either.
These various causes must be found and resolved.
I have often had the experience that an illness that was not resolved energetically/spiritually has returned in a different form or in the same form at some point, even if it was initially cured by conventional medicine
and naturopathy.
Of course, you don't have to go to a spiritual healer for every cold. But if the cold comes back more often than average, it may be an option to look into
the causes.
Psychological support
Good psychologists can be a valuable help with many a problem.
I myself have already recommended that some clients seek psychological help. Unfortunately, this still has a negative connotation and you often hear “I'm not crazy!” No, and no good psychologist will say that either. There are so many good forms of therapy in this field that can help you to change things.
But psychology also requires very active cooperation from the client and may also need a lot of patience.
The aim of holistic healing should be to find the perfect mix.
Personally, I would be very happy if these different fields were all to move much closer together and work together. Conventional doctors and psychologists call shamans charlatans and spiritual healers demonize conventional medicine.
(Fortunately not all of them, of course!) Perhaps everyone could think a little more outside the box? That way we could really help a lot of people to achieve real healing instead of just doing a bit of it.
I have already turned down some clients myself because they refused to seek psychological or even conventional medical help. In these cases,
I was not prepared to bear the responsibility alone because a combination of different forms of therapy would simply have been necessary.
